REQUEST CLOTHES OR COSTUMES

To be eligible to request a Halloween costume or seasonal holiday attire families must have a child diagnosed with cancer and currently reside in the Tampa Bay area. Each household may request one costume per child, including siblings. We begin accepting requests for costumes in September.

Thank you for your interest in our annual Halloween costume drive! This program is currently available to pediatric cancer families residing in the Tampa Bay area. If you have a specific costume in mind feel free to include links—this helps us find the best match for your child. To help ensure costumes arrive in time for Halloween please submit your request by October 10th.

Treating Hospital

I understand that costume sizing can vary by brand and may not match standard clothing sizes. I have reviewed the available measurements carefully and understand that, while Kailani's Kloset will do its best to accommodate costume exchange requests, exchanges or replacements may not always be available.

Costume Delivery & Pickup Preference

*Pick up at 1Voice and CCC are subject to current program schedules and volunteer availability. If we are unable to coordinate distribution at these sites your costume(s) will be shipped to the address provided. Thank you for your understanding.

If available, I am willing to share photos of my child(ren) in their costume after receiving it. This is completely optional and will not affect eligibility or participation.

I give permission for Kailani’s Kloset to share submitted photos on its website, social media, or promotional materials. (Optional and not required for participation.)
