Seasonal Donation Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in supporting Kailani’s Kloset. We are deeply grateful for your generosity and community support.

As a volunteer-run nonprofit with limited storage capacity, we carefully manage all donations to ensure they directly support our seasonal programs for pediatric cancer patients and their siblings.

🎁 What We Accept

We are able to accept limited seasonal and program-specific donations, including:

• New or like-new seasonal clothing (Halloween, holiday, or themed apparel)

• Costumes for our annual Halloween program

• Seasonal accessories or items specifically requested during active program periods

• Items purchased through our official wishlists (when available)

All donated items must be clean, unused or gently used, and appropriate for children or teens.

📅 Donation Timing

We do not accept general, ongoing clothing donations.

Seasonal clothing or items are only accepted:

• During active program periods

• Or when specifically requested by Kailani’s Kloset

Please contact us before sending or dropping off any physical items.

If you would like to donate seasonal or themed items, please contact us first so we can confirm current needs.

This helps us ensure all donations are used efficiently and nothing goes to waste.​

❌ What We Cannot Accept

To protect our limited storage space and ensure we remain focused on our mission, we are unable to accept:

• General or year-round clothing donations

• Large unscheduled drop-offs

• Used clothing in poor condition

• Items not related to current seasonal programs

• Household goods, toys, or miscellaneous items (unless specifically requested)

We truly appreciate your generosity, but we must be selective in order to serve families effectively.
